Located in Red Deer, our Contact Centre Agents provide
current and potential members with a variety of services
relating to the promotion and sale of Community Savings'
deposit products, investment and lending services with courtesy
and accuracy.
Responsibilities include responding to member inquiries,
analyzing needs and assisting members to utilize the product
or service which best meets those needs. Agents work directly
with both members and branch staff to ensure a smooth and
seamless communication process, while maintaining excellent
member service.
Qualified candidates will possess previous customer service
experience, coupled with a working knowledge of the Microsoft
Suite of products including Outlook. Above average telephone
and keyboarding skills and exceptional communication skills
are required. Previous call centre experience is an asset.
Successful candidates will have the flexibility to work
varying shifts.
