Randy Tate, Okotoks Branch Manager, was pleased to accept the Business of the Year Award on behalf of Community Savings. On October 17th, the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce hosted the 5th Annual Service Excellence Awards at the Foothills Centennial Centre. The Award Ceremony recognized both businesses and individuals that exceeded customer expectations by providing exceptional service.
"We're honored to receive this award," said Tate, "which symbolizes the continued effort we put towards serving our members." This is the third consecutive year Community Savings has received an award at this prestigious event.
To exceed member expectations, Community Savings uses a service philosophy called Member 1st. Member surveys are conducted regularly to monitor customer service satisfaction. In response to member requests, Community Savings offers extended banking hours, including evenings and weekends, provides a staffed Contact Centre, and is building additional branches in growing communities.
