New Online Banking System is Here!

When you go to check your account activity online on Tuesday, September 20th, you’re going to notice some time saving enhancements! That’s the day our conversion from cuanytime® to MemberDirect® takes place.

Please use the Online Banking button on our home page to link you to the new site, and make sure to update your favourites link.

You’ll notice the new and fresh colour palette on the login screen, as well as a ‘Memorized Account’ feature that will save you time when logging in to MemberDirect®.

Another great feature is that you’ll see all of your accounts and account balances on the Account Summary Page right when you sign in. You won’t have to click back and forth to find out the balances on each of your accounts – they’ll all be right there on the first page!

To help familiarize yourself with the new system, please check out the ‘Help’ section in MemberDirect® or review the ‘Electronic Banking’ brochure available online and at any branch of Servus Credit Union.
